Shipping
PhazeThree will ship on the same day all orders placed before 4:00pm EST, unless product is on backorder, limited availability or special order status.
If your order contains different products with different availability, you may choose to ship all backordered items at once whenever they arrive or you may choose to ship as each item becomes available (Extra shipping costs will apply in these cases).
In case part of your order remains open (on backorder) for more than 30 days, PhazeThree will contact you.
PhazeThree ships via US Postal Office, UPS and FedEx. If customer wishes to ship an order for Saturday Delivery please contact our Sales Department prior to shipment.
All orders placed on weekends or holidays are shipped the following business day. All shipments are subject to stock availability. We ship to APO & FPO addresses but we can not ship to P.O. Boxes due to shipping carriers restrictions.
All shipments will require a release signature at the time of delivery. No deliveries will be made without the customer's signature.
Return Policy for Non-Defective Products
PhazeThree will accept back any non-defective or unopened products for credit or exchange as long as they are in re-sellable condition, complete in its original box, with all manuals, documentation, cables, blank warranty card, accessories, all software and within 30 days from date of invoice.
OEM processors are the only exception and can not be returned for refund, only for replacement. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. PhazeThree will not credit shipping and handling fees. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost to PhazeThree. All products must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to return, PhazeThree will not accept any product for return without a RMA number. All products returned are subject to manufacturer and/or PhazeThree restrictions. Please pack the product inside its original box along with any accessory such as manual, CD, registration card, etc., then carefully pack the original box within a shippable box, do not use the product original box as the shipping box. The RMA number must be visible in the returned package and it must include original packing slip. Software is only accepted for credit or exchange if it is unopened. We recommend shipping via UPS or FedEx. OPEN BOX product sales are final. OPEN BOX products can only be returned for repair or replacement, no credit or refunds on OPEN BOX products. Return Policy for Defective Products
All defective products will be accepted for exchange or repair as long as they are within 30 (Thirty) days from date of invoice. After the first 30 (thirty) days, all returns and replacements must be handled directly with the manufacturer/publisher. Please pack the product inside its original box along with any accessory such as manual, CD, registration card, etc., then carefully pack the original box within a shippable box, do not use the product original box as the shipping box. Please provide a detail description of the product's problem in the Online Returns, otherwise, if the product goes for repair it might return to you presenting the same problem. It is very important to describe the exact problem on the online return form. If a product is found defective within 10 days from the date of the invoice, we consider it a DOA (Dead-On-Arrival). DOA products can not be returned for CREDIT or REFUND, only for replacement. A DOA product may qualify for a Cross-Shipment, please call our Return Department for details at (919) 207-2231. OPEN BOX product sales are final. OPEN BOX products can only be returned for repair or replacement, no credit or refunds on OPEN BOX products.
International Customers
To avoid import taxes and duties on the replacement product, international customers must write on the outside of the shipping box, as well as on all documentation, that the shipment is a "Warranty Repair". Also it is necessary to declare the custom value and the product value. The custom value should be U$0.00 (Zero Dolars) and the product value should be whatever it is specified in the sales invoice for the product. Different countries have different import rules, please check with your local agencies for more details.
